i weigh 73 kilos

i weighed 74 kilos in trouville… and 155 lbs in the usa before i left… meaning i gained 2 kilos (or 5 lbs).

i need to lose 10 kilos- 20 lbs. before dec17.

1 month and 11 days… - 42 days, I CAN DO IT

i just binged a whole speculos p[ackage

its a whopping 1,300 calories and more than 180 grams of sugar…

today i had fromage blanc taille fine with granola and chocolate flakes this morning— 200 cals

i had a lunch at school, which was probably around 600-700 cals, bread cheese apple tomatoes rice and meat…

i had 2 activias, around 80 a peice- 160

and i ate 3 rice cakes— each are about 20, so 60

so my total for today thus far is 2,420 calories, and add about 1 hour of cycling around paris on my bike, i probably am keeping 2000 calories in my body…

i feel like a fat peice of shit.  my size 28 j crew jeans fit me very tightly, and my tomach is huge.

also, i am having my period, and i ate so much shit last night.

i’m gonna weigh myself…

today and all of this week has been horrible.

the family has a constant supply of cookies, nutella, chocolate, and other french goodies.

2 yogurts- 200 cals

5 tblspons of nutella- at least 700 cals

2 slices of white bread- 200 cals

3 petite ecolier - 180 cals

2 cinnamon cookies - 120 cals

rice cake - 45 cals

another bowl - 400 cals

salad with bread - 600 cals

7 figues - 210 cals

5 clementines - 150 cals

this really is horrible, i am at 160 lbs now.
